
(1) Pool play: 24 teams will be competing in an eight-group with 3 teams each league format. The top team from each group goes on to the final tournament. (8 teams)
(2) Final tournament: The top eight teams proceed to the tournament matches. (Third place match is included.)
(3) Qualifying order in pool play will be decided on goal differential. Winning earns 3 points, draw 1 and losing 0, however, if the earning point is the same, the ranking will be decided as stated below accordingly.

*Victory ceremony: Testimonials and medals are given to the Champion, the second place and the third place.
*Pairing: The pairing is determined in drawing for the tournament by JCI Osaka in October 2010.

Competition rule
The competition rules shall be subject to Japan Football Association Futsal rules of the game 2010. However,
the following matters shall comply with the specific regulations of this event accordingly.
1. Pitch size: Basically 40m x 20m
2. Ball: Futsal ball
3. Length of a game:
*Pool play and finals (except for the third-place match and the final match).
12 minutes playing time (6 minutes each in first half and second half)
Half-time: 1 minute (between ending of first half and beginning of second half)
*The third-place match and the final match (4 games)
20 minutes playing time (10 minutes each in first half and second half)
Half-time: 3 minutes (between ending of first half and beginning of second half)
4. The method to determine the winner of the game (if the winning or losing is not determined within the time frame).
・Pool play: draw
・Final match: Given 6 minutes of extra game (3 minutes each in first half and second half), if it is still undetermined, decide in penalty-kick shoot-out.
・Tournament except for the final match: Determine the ranking in penalty-kick shoot-out without having any extra games.
・Interval before extra game: 5 minutes
・Interval before penalty-kick shoot-out: 1minute
4. Those who are given warning 2 times during this tournament shall not participate in the next game.
5. Any single warning in the first round will not be carried over to the final tournament.
6. Those who are ordered to leave the field during this tournament shall not participate in the next game.
